ROOKIE TRAVLERS IN PANGLAO, BOHOL

One of the many abundant islands in Central Visayas is the province of Bohol an hour travel distance from Cebu, the island of Bohol is the home of the famous Chocolate Hills and Tarsiers. It is one of the most visited islands in the Central Visayas region of the Philippines that marvels at the rich biodiversity of the world's greatest natural wonders. Fun fact about Bohol it's the tenth largest island of the Philippines and the year 2018 was when Bohol's airport was inaugurated which is dubbed as the first eco-airport in the Philippines and the country's gateway. In Bohol, we visited Panglao which is located in the southernmost town of Bohol the island is rich with historical significance where the Spaniards went after the unfortunate event in Cebu. We stayed in South Palms Resort which is near to Hinagdanan Cave, Dumaluan beach, and White beach, Panglao offers a variety of hotels from 4.5 stars to your average budget-friendly hotels.

Panglao is skimmed with several beaches and activities so we went paddle boarding at the beach. The beach sands in Bohol differ from the beach sands in Cebu, not just that but the lifestyle that a Bol-anon lives by is also different. Last December of 2021 Bohol was one of the many affected islands by the typhoon Odette and is still slowly recovering from the damages, the same year Bohol formally opens to travelers let's help the beautiful island of Bohol recover by choosing Bohol as one of our travel destinations.
